Vaccine Information

Call the office to make an appointment if walk-in times are inconvenient. If you anticipate several vaccinations for a child or have multiple children needing immunization, please consider calling ahead for an appointment to assist us in serving you better.

We observe all major holidays.

  • Union Street
    • Take Union Street to Vermont Avenue
    • Turn onto Vermont Avenue
    • Drive 500 ft. to traffic circle
    • Take 3rd exit onto Texas Avenue
    • Turn right just before “Bangor Health and Community Services” sign
    • Follow signs and enter lobby
  • Hammond Street
    • Follow Maine Avenue to traffic circle
