Tuberculin Skin Testing (TST)
- $50.00 (Payment due at time of first appointment) TST Planting and Reading
- This test requires 48-72 hours between planting and reading to be an accurate test
- Tests are started (planted) at the Monday Clinic and read at least 48 hours later at the Wednesday Clinic
- No tests will be planted on Thursdays and Fridays since the clinic is closed on the weekend and tests could not be read within the timeframe required
- IF YOU NEED VACCINES AND A TST, PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE FOR INFORMATION
- This test is sometimes referred to as a PPD
QuantiFERON
- $100.00
- Serum blood draw
- A prescription will be given at the time of the appointment
- This prescription is for a blood draw at a local laboratory
- You will be contacted by the office with results
- This test is preferred for people who have received BCG vaccine or have had positive skin testing results in the past
