Our Vision:
To empower new moms through the post-partum period as they adjust to motherhood with conversation, community and connection.
What this means for you: Weekly socialization and mama-time with other community mamas, facilitated by our RNs who are IBCLC’s and also certified in Perinatal Mental Health!
Who: Pregnant & postpartum mamas & their babies
Where: Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center, 489 State St.
When: Every Friday, from 10-11:30 AM (no registration or sign-ups, just show up!)
