At Nourish ME, we believe healthy eating should be enjoyable, accessible, and practical! Food is more than nourishment. It’s an opportunity to discover new flavors, build confidence in the kitchen, and connect with family and friends.
Nourish ME is a community-based nutrition program offered through Bangor Public Health in partnership with the University of New England. Through hands-on education, food resources, and community partnerships, we help Maine community members make informed food choices, develop healthy habits, and support lifelong health.
