Milk & Cookies – Lactation Clinic
We are pleased to offer a community lactation option for local lactating mamas! Run by our Lactation Certified RNs, in a cozy, comfortable, compassionate, and professional environment. Our one-on-one Lactation Consultations are meant to be cost-effective as well. We are committed to ensuring that cost is not a barrier to care. Currently, all lactation visits are provided at no charge. As the program expands, insurance billing options may become available. We don’t want anything preventing you from reaching your infant-feeding goals! Your goals are our goals, and we look forward to meeting you!
We can help with a variety of lactation issues, including but not limited to:
- Poor infant weight gain
- Low milk supply
- Hyperlactation/Oversupply
- Pain with Latch
- Pumping challenges
- Breast or Nipple Pain
- Mental Health & Breastfeeding
- Feeding Twins/Multiples
- Medically Complex Breastfeeding
- Prenatal Constultation

Our Vision: To empower new moms through the post-partum period as they adjust to motherhood with conversation, community and connection.
What this means for you: weekly socialization and mama-time with other community mamas, facilitated by our Lactation Certified RNs!
Who: Pregnant & postpartum mamas & their babies
Where: Bangor Public Library (3rd floor/Children’s Dept.)
When: Every Friday, from 12-1pm (no registration or sign-ups, just show up!)
